Blueberry Cheesecake

Grind together 3 big packets of digestive along with 4 tbsp butter melted (first measure then melt). Layer it in a tray and press with the back of a glass to press and level the surface.
In  a vessel beat 500ml of tropolite cream till soft peaks and beat in 180 gms of cream cheese (you can add more if u like the cheezy flavor) beat in 1 cup of powderd sugar , juice of half lime and 1.5 tsp vanilla essence . And pour this on top of the digestive layer . Level the surface with a spatula and freeze for half hour.
Now in a cup of blueberry crush mix in 5-6 tbsp of water to make it easy to spread. And pour this on top Of the cream cheese layer . Spread with a spatula and chill for 3-4 hrs . Serve chilled.
