Chocolate Overload Icecream
Ok guys many steps and ingredients for this one but worth all the effort .
Step 1.. For the base …. beat half box (500 ml) of tropolite whipping cream till soft peaks and mix in half tin of milkmaid , 4 tbsp powderd sugar , 6 tbsp cocoa powder (I used hersheys) 1 tsp vanilla essence. Beat well and fold in a cup of brownie cut to cubes ( you can follow my recipe for the brownie)
Also fold in half a cup of chocolate chips . Put in a container and freeze for 2 hrs.
Step 2. The choco almond chunks …. mix and melt 200 gms each of milk n dark chocolate… and spread a very thin layer on baking paper and sprinkle 120 gms of crushed roasted almonds on top ( roast whole almonds in oven at 180° for 5-7 min and grind in small batches for 1-2 pulses in grinder ) let it set and crush with your hands to small pcs .
Step 3.. the chocolate overload part of it😋… in a big bowl put the choco almond chunks and put few scoops of icecream and lots of chocolate sauce (you can follow my recipe) and little chocolate sprinkles . Fold slowly and mix . (Mix in small batches to get the perfect texture ) now freeze this completed icecream over night or till set.
