Tender Coconut Icecream / Tender Coconut Cream

Blend the meat of 2 tender coconuts and about 2 cups of coconut water , 2 packet maggi coconut milk powder to a fine paste and keep aside.
Beat half box (500ml) of tropolite cream till soft peaks. Mix in 6 tbsp powderd sugar and half tin of milkmaid (or according to your desired sweetness).beat in the coconut paste we made earlier.  Now fold in meat of 2 tender coconuts finely chopped and 5 tbsp of decicated coconut (khamand) . Freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
To make coconut cream follow the same recipe just add extra 1 cup of tender coconut water and 1 cup milk while beating and  served chilled.
Tip… order for coconut with more malai(coconut meat) and less water . Tell the coconut guy to remove the water and meat and give you . As such a coconut is really difficult to break open at home.
