Moist Chocolate Cake/Quick No Hassle Brownies

Moist chocolate cake/ quick no hassle brownies (Recipe by nazia farhan)
This is a really quick and tasty recipe I use this for my cake base as well and use it to put inside many other desserts.
In a bowl  put 1 cup of milk and mix in 1 tsp vinager and keep aside (this is your buttermilk)
In a big bowl mix together 1 cup of oil (I use normal sunflower oil), 2 cups maida , 2 cups castor or powderd sugar ,2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder, 3/4th cup cocoa powder ,2 eggs , 1 tsp salt , 1.5 tsp vanilla essence , the cup of buttermilk we made previously , and 1 cup of hot coffee ( boil 1 cup of water with 2 tsp coffee powder and add it boiling hot) just beat everything together and bake in preheated oven at 250° for 20-25 min or till done. Note that all ovens differ in temperature and baking time . You know your oven more than me so bake accordingly .
Tips… if making cake then bake a thick layer and bake till completely cooked… to check ,put a toothpick in centre it should come out clean.
If making brownie then bake a thin layer of batter .you can mix in 250 gms of melted dark chocolate To the batter To make a richer brownie. To check if it’s done then put a toothpick in centre it should come out with little crumbs of cake .
Ps. It will take less than 5 mins for your gooey brownies to turn into cake if baked more. So keep an eye on your oven.
You can use this recipe with chcolate mousse , chocolate triffle pudding ( layers of mousse and cake ) . Just put chocolate ganache on top and serve as cake. Make brownie sizzler , put a pc of brownie and a scoop of vanilla icecream , pour chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with roasted almond ( u can use HERSHEYS sauce or just follow my recipe for chocolate sauce which is posted previously) and many more things.
