Burnt Chilli Garlic Rice / Noodles

Boil 2 cups of rice(or 400 gms spagetti ) along with salt , and 4 tbsp oil. Strain and keep aside.

In a kadhai heat oil and fry 2 scrambled eggs(beat 2 eggs with 1 tbsp milk , salt , pepper and little spring onion)  remove the cooked  egg keep aside.  In the same oil  add 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger , 1 small onion chopped , 2-3 green chillies chopped , saute and add salt and 1 stock cube , saute and add about 150 -200gms  chicken cut into small cubes , saute little and add about 100 gms each of sliced cabbage , capcicum and carrot . Saute well and add 3 tbsp soya sauce , 2 tsp vinager , 3 tbsp chilli sauce , 2 tbsp oyster sauce , saute and mix in the boiled rice or noodles (you can also use 1.5 cup rice with 100 gms spagetti boiled separately) .
In a small vessel heat oil and and 8-10 cloves of sliced garlic and 8-10 Kashmiri red chillies cut to small pcs. Cook till the garlic turns golden and immediately pour this on the rice . Add lots of spring onion and the eggs we made in the start . Mix well and serve hot as it is or with burnt garlic chicken chilli.
