Chicken Lollipop

Wash and wipe 500 gms of chicken lollipop and marinate with salt , juice of 1 lime , half tsp white pepper powder , and red paste ( grind together 3 whole Kashmiri red chillies along with , 9-10 cloves of garlic , half inch ginger ,2 tsp soya sauce , 2 tsp vinager , 2 tbsp chilli sauce , 1 tbsp shezwan sauce and 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce .and a pinch of red colour. to a fine paste) mix in 1 egg , 3 tbsp maida , 1.5 tbsp corn flour little chopped spring onion and coriander and let marinate for few hrs … deep fry till golden sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot with shezwan sauce.
