Cheesy Chicken Popsicles

Guys with this one filling you can make cutlets , kababs , samosa , spring roll , bread rolls , balls etc

Firstly cook 500 gm chicken with salt ,1 tsp each of ginger garlic paste till done and shred and keep aside
Boil and mash 4 medium potatoes and keep aside

In a Kadhai take some oil and sauté , 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tsp chopped ginger , 8-10 green chilli and sauté till fragrant, add salt , 1 tsp white pepper powder , sauté and add the shredded chicken and potatoes and mix till combined .
Let this come to room temperature and mix a generous handful of chopped coriander and 4 tbsp mayo ( you can put cream or creamcheese as well instead ) if you do not wish to add cheese you can use the filling at this stage . To make your choice of starter or popsicle.
If you wish to add cheese put 250 gm , ( use mozzarella for cheese pull or processed for creamy )
To make popsicles take a slice of bread and remove sides . Dip edges in water and squeeze out excess water . Put filling in the centre and close from sides . Press well to seal . Insert icecream stick to make it look like a popsicle or continue without it .
Dip in thin maida slurry . Coat with panko and deep fry few pcs at a time on medium low heat till golden and crisp .

Serve hot.
