Cheesy Garlic Bites
Guys I can literally have this everyday (3 times a day )
Firstly knead 500 gm maida , salt , 2 tbsp instant yeast , 2 tbsp sugar , mix and knead with lukewarm water to a soft dough .
Cover and keep aside for 2 hours or till it doubles in size .
For garlic butter
Fry half cup full of garlic cloves in 100ml oil till light golden . Switch off heat and let cool .
In a chopper put a handful of green garlic or little chopped coriander . Along with the garlic and oil , put 4 heaped tbsp butter and chop just for a few pulse .
Divide the dough into 3 parts ( this will make 3 thin base of 12 inch . You can divide according to your oven size and desired thickness )
Put the base in a greased oven tray and cut into bite size squares with a pizza cutter .( if you find this difficult to handle you can cut after baking also )
Spread garlic butter on it generously and sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese . Garnish with sliced olives and pickled jalapeños. Bake at the highest temp of your oven (230degree) till golden.
