Chocolate Chicken
Guys this is sooo easy to make yet so delicious. Must try for Ramadan and for dawats.
Simply blend 15-20 cloves of garlic ( around 2 tbsp heaped ) , 1 inch ginger ( around 1 tbsp ) , 12-13 green chilli , 4 tbsp dahi , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 1.5 tsp garam masala powder ,10-12 kaju , a handful of coriander leaves , salt and blend to a fine paste . Apply this on 1kg chicken cubes ( makes around 25-30 pc depending on size ) mix well , do coal dhungaar and let marinate for 2-3 hours.
Heat little oil in a Kadhai and cook chicken till done and dry. Switch off heat and mix in 6-8 tbsp cream and mix.
To assemble take a square pc of foil , put some chicken in the centre , grate little processed cheese on top , garnish with a pinch of red chilli flakes . Fold from top and bottom and then press from sides to make a chocolate shape.
Prepare all and keep aside.
Just before serving steam for 1-2 min and serve hot.
