Chocolate and Caramel Tart / Pie

Chocolate lovers have to try this ASAP !

For the tart shell – in a processor or chopper put 200 gm maida , 4 tbsp powdered sugar and a pinch of salt . Blend it till crumbly texture . Then put 2 tbsp cold milk and blend little . collect all the flour to make a dough . Wrap in cling film and keep in fridge for half hour .
Then roll to a thick roti kind and place in pie mould . Fix and remove excess dough . Pole all over with a fork and bake in preheated oven at 180 degree for 10 min or till golden .

For chocolate ganache simply cook 400 gm chopped dark chocolate compound and 200gm fresh cream till melted and well combined . Keep aside .

For caramel – in a pan cook half cup sugar , 3-4 tbsp water and cook in medium high heat . Don’t use spatula till caramelisation starts . Once it starts to caramelise , use a spatula to mix and cook till a light golden color .
Once golden put 2 tbsp butter and mix , then put 100 gm cream and mix well and oil for a min . Keep aside

In Bake’s tart shell put some ganache then caramel and then again some ganache . Keep in fridge for minimum 15-20 min till set . decorate as you like .
Serve at room temperature for melted chocolate or chilled for slightly hard chocolate.
