Double Decker Parathas

Knead 2 cups of wheat flour with little salt water and a drizzle of oil in the end.
Marinate 500 gm chicken cubes with 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , juice of 1 lime , salt , 1 tbsp kasoori methi ,1tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder , and a pinch of red colour. Let marinate for half hour and cook till done and dry
Other preprations:- boil a cup of corn , grate 250 gms of paneer , grate 200 gms of cheese .
For assembling :- roll 3 chapati and keep aside. Take first chapati and spread the cooked chicken , followed by some grated cheese , a sprinkle of chat masala and little chopped coriander.
Now put little water on the sides and then put the second chapati on top , press the sides to seal.
On this put some grated paneer then some grated cheese , little corn , and a sprinkle of chat masala and chopped coriander (if you like spicy food you  an also add chopped green chillies in both layers)
Cover with 3rd chapati and seal the edges with water.( tip.. make sure u spread all the ings equally … we want flat parathas . If you don’t spread well then you will end up with dome shape parathas and no filling in the sides )
Fry the paratha on medium heat till golden and serve hot with green chutney.
