Lehsuni Paratha

Super simple recipe , yet flavours sooooooo delicious.

All you have to do is knead regular gehu ka aata like we do for chapati.

Roll a ball of dough into a thick roti . Spread some oil or ghee. Sprinkle some chopped garlic , chopped coriander , chopped spring onion greens, red chilli flakes and chaat masala . Roll the roti and cut from centre . Roll it into a spiral and roll again into a thick paratha.

Fry with oil or ghee till crisp . Serve hot with tea or chutney or choice of gravy or starters.
