Cheesy Chicken Sliders

Guys this is a must try for all you fastfood lovers . Also this filling. An be used in rolls , samosas , cold sandwich, grilled sandwich , bread rolls etc .
I’ve made a big batch in the video . Below is recipe for half kg chicken

Firstly mix together 1/4th cup dahi, 2 tbsp vinegar , 1 tbsp each of ginger garlic paste , 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1 tbsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp red chilli powder and little red color (optional) mix well and mix in 500 gm of boneless chicken. Do coal dhungaar n let marinate for 10-15 min . Mix in half cup water and pressure cook on high heat till first whistle and low heat for 5 min .
Once done keep stock aside and shred the chicken and keep aside .

In a kadhai take some oil and butter , sauté 2 tbsp maida till fragrant. Add salt to taste and the stock from chicken and mix . Add the shredded chicken and mix and cook little . Add 200-250 mL cream and cook for 2 min . Add 100 gm grated processed cheese and cook for a min . Switch off heat and mix in some chopped coriander. Filling is ready .

Cut open ladi pav or buns . And apply the filling generously . Cover the pav and drizzle lots of melted butter . Top with mozzarella cheese , sprinkle some oregano and chilli flakes . Garnish with jalapeño and olives . Bake in oven at 230 degree for 7-8 min . Serve hot .
