Healthy Chikoo Smoothie

Guys this is sooooo delicious and sooo filling u will be full in 1 glass and enjoy it to the core .

All you have to do is blend around 3 chikoo. I’ve used frozen ones from @pulp.station. And blend it along with 1 banana, 7 almonds, 3 dates and half a glass of milk to a fine purée.

Fill your glass with ice and put the smoothie . Top with soaked chia or basil seeds ( I’ve used basil ie. Sabza) and enjoy immediately.
