Smoked Keema Cutlets
Guys this is a super quick , easy , yet super yum starter for eid.
Simply wash and drain well 500 gm keema , mix in salt , juice of 1 lime , 1 tbsp each of ginger paste , garlic paste and chopped green chillies . A handful each of chopped coriander and mint , half tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhanya powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 1 tbsp tandoori masala , 2 pav or 4 slices of bread made to crumbs ( use double if using bakra eid meat) mix well and do coal dhungaar. Let marinate for an hour and make cutlets and coat with bread crumbs . Dip in beaten egg and fry till golden . Serve hot with choice of chutney or ketchup.
