Very Berry Delight

Guys this is just toooooooo good , surely a dawat dessert and all you bakers should surely consider adding this to your menu . You can also make cake or cake jars following the Same recipe .

Firstly beat 2 cups cream to medium stiff peaks and divide in two parts . In both the bowls put half cup milk each . In one bowl put 3/4th cup strawberry crush , in the other put 3/4th cup blueberry crush . Beat till combined ( you can also use frozen berries or fresh berries and grind with sugar and put instead of ready crush ) also if u want to enhance the colours you can put pink color in the strawberry cream and purple/ blue color in the blueberry cream .

To make berry milkshake grind 400 mL milk with half cup each of strawberry and blueberry crush . ( again here also you can use fresh or frozen berries instead of ready crush)

Now in a tray spread honey bell cakes cut into half or you can use any sponge cake . And drizzle with the berry milkshake . Put dollops of each creams roughly and give a slight mix with a fork and level it up ( there is little difference in the colours of the creams which is not visible on camera ) then top it generously with cut stawberries or mix berries if your choice .

Chill for two hours and serve chilled.
