Afghani Keema

Guys this is really a dhamakedaar keema recipe that should not be missed .

Make paste of a generous handful of coriander leaves , 6-8 green chilli , half cup dahi and 4-5 kaju
Blend to a fine paste and keep aside

Heat some oil in a kadhai , put whole garam masala , 2 big finely chopped onions , salt and sauté till light golden . Then add 1 tbsp each of ginger and garlic paste and sauté till fragrant. Then add 500 gm keema and sauté really well till keema is cooked . Then add the prepared paste and cover and cook for 5-6 mins . Then add half cup cream and cook for another 5-6 min . Lastly add 1 tbsp Kasoori methi and mix well . Do coal Dunghaar and serve hot with your choice of roti naan or paratha.
