Murgh Fatafat

This is a super quick and easy yet super delicious recipe that can be made with chicken / mutton and paneer .

Simply blend together 2 large onions roughly chopped , 3 big tomatoes roughly chopped , 8-10 green chillis , lots of coriander leaves , salt , a generous handful of kaju ,250 gm dahi, 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , 2 tsp Dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder, 2 tsp garam masala powder and blend all of this to a fine paste .

In Kadhai heat oil and put whole garam masala and the prepared paste . Sauté very well and add 750 gm chicken ( you can use with or without bone as per your liking) cover and cook till chicken is done ( keep stirring in between) then add 1 cup cream or malai and 1 diced onion and capsicum. Cover and cook for 4-5 min or till oil comes up . Lastly add a tbsp of kasuri methi and cook for 2-3 min on low heat and your gravy is ready to serve along with roti , naan , paratha or rice .
