Crispy Fried Prawns With Butter Garlic Sauce
Guys this is just toooooo good . A must try recipe
Will also turn out outstanding in chicken and boneless fish . You just have to use small and thin slices of chicken or fish instead of prawns .
If you are making this in prawns . Wash then dry and Slit each prawn open ( you can choose to keep it with or without tail ) then slightly hammer it in both sides with a knife . Prepare all prawns this way . ( it will be easy and more delicious with larger size of prawns ) also if u wish you can completely skip this step and use prawns directly after washing.
Marinate 500 gm prawns with salt , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tbsp Maida , 1 tbsp corn flour and 1 egg . Let marinate for half hour atleast and then press and cap with panko . Shallow fry if butterfly prawns , you can. Deep fry if regular prawns . Fry on medium heat till golden and crisp .
For butter garlic sauce – heat 50 gm butter in a Kadhai and let melt. Put 3 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp red chilli flakes and salt to taste. Sauté till fragrant and add 1 cup cream. Cook it just till it slightly starts to boil (do not over cook) if you want more saucy then you can also add 1/4th cup milk along with the cream.
Place fried prawns in a serving plate and drizzle some butter garlic sauce . Sprinkle some chopped coriander and serve immediately.
Andddd gettt ready for complements.
