Crunchy Lebanese Chicken Wrap

Guys this is tooooo delicious.

Firstly for chicken Blend together salt , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste , half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp Kasoori methi , 1 tsp tandoori masala , half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp dahi , 4 tbsp cream and 2 tbsp kaju . Grind to fine paste and apply this on 500 gm chicken cut into thin slabs along with little chopped coriander.
Do coal dhungaar and let marinate for two hours and grill in a pan with little oil till done . And slice the chicken and keep aside .

For the Lebanese sauce – blend together a handful of boiled chickpeas ( white chana : choley) , salt , 1/4 th cup dahi , 1/4th cup mayo , 8-10 cloves of garlic , 1 tbsp tahini paste ( white til paste ) and 4-5 tbsp olive oil . Blend to a fine thin paste . And keep aside .

To assemble take a pita bread and slightly grill it on direct flame ( you can also use rumali roti or regular roti or paratha )
On this put some sliced cabbage, jalapenos, chicken, a generous drizzle of sauce and grate lots of processed cheese, sprinkle some spicy potato sticks ( you can also use regular spicy wafers roughly crushed) and wrap and serve immediately.
