Mango Falooda
Guys this is just toooooooooo gooood.
The recipe makes 12-15 glasses
To make mango custard – heat 1 litre of milk and add 1 cup sugar , mix and add slurry of 1 cup water and 3 tbsp custard powder. Cook and add a handful of vermicelli or sevai ( I add v little as my family doesn’t like much ) cook till thick . Let the custard come to room temperature and mix in paste of 3 big mangoes . Mix well and chill it in the fridge.
To make glasses first put a tbsp of soaked Sabza, then lots of chopped mangoes, followed by raspberry jelly cubes, mango custard, mango Icecream and top with some more mangoes and a drizzle of rooh afza.
Serve chilled immidiately.
