White Chicken / Mutton Kadhai

In a grinder make paste of 1 fist kaju , 1 fist 4magaz , 1 fist peeled raw peanuts , 1 fist chana daliya and 2 elaichi . Keep this aside. In a kadhai put 1 big chopped tomato (you will not put oil at this stage ) , 2 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste ,1 tbsp green chilli paste, whole garam masala , salt and little water. Cook this till tomatoes are soft then add 500 gm of meat and cook till almost tender . Now add the prepared paste and cook for 5 mins , add juice of 1 lime . Switch off heat and prepare the baghar. Take a small vessel and put 5-6 cloves of garlic sliced , 6-8 curry leaves ,and oil . Cook the baghar till the garlic starts to turn golden ,then switch off the heat and add a tsp of red chilli powder and mix. Immediately pour the baghar over the gravy and serve hot with sponge naan and rice.
