Quick Chilli Garlic Paratha
This is the easiest and most delicious paratha everrr . A must try in winters with hara lassan.
Simply knead basic chapati dough ( wheat flour , salt , water and oil )
Roll a ball of dough into a chapati and spread some oil or ghee. Sprinkle dry flour and on it sprinkle some green garlic and red chilli flakes. Fold like a fan and then roll into a spiral.
Again with the help of dry flour, roll into a paratha.
Grill on tava with ghee/butter/oil till crisp.
Serve hot with dahi/achaar/ tea or as it is.
