Prawns Do Pyaza
In a vessel put oil , curry leaves and 6 sliced onions , saute and cover with lid . Cook for two mins then add 1.5 tbsp garlic paste and salt to taste(you can add green chilli paste at this stage if you like spicy food) . Mix and cover again. Cook till onions are soft. Add 2 tsp red chilli pwdr, 2 tsp dhanya powder , 1 tsp zeera pwdr , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala pwdr . Saute well and add 500 gm prawns , cook well till tender . Add an entire bunch of chopped spring onion and lots of coriander . Cook for two mins. Serve hot with chapati or tandoori roti ( no water is used for cooking in the entire recipe, onions and prawns release enough water to cook the dish)
