Fry till golden and remove …… In  a blender , grind together the fried onion mix and 1 box of tomato puree , 200 gm dahi , a cup of cream , 2-3green chillies 1.5 tbsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 2 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp haldi pwdr, 1 tsp garam masala pwdr, 2 tsp dhanya pwdr, 1 tsp zeera pwdr and juice of 1 lime, and 1 tbsp honey to a fine paste…. In the same vessel we fried the onions … put whole garam masala, when it crackles add the prepared paste and saute well. Add the meat and cook till tender . Add chopped coriander and cook 2 mins . Serve hot drizzled with some butter and cream and a sprinkle of chopped coriander .Serve with tandoori roti or garlic naan.
