Mexican Garlic Bread
Ok so obviously this again is a mustttt try recipe for all u fast food and cheese lovers .
For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida, 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast, salt to taste, knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top. Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)
In a bowl mix half cup butter, 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp mixed herbs and a pinch of salt and some chopped coriander. Keep aside
For chilli mayo mix half cup mayo , 1 tsp garlic powder, half tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp red chilli flakes and 4 tbsp red chilli sauce. Mix well and keep aside
Take a ball of dough and press it in a greased oven tray in an oblong shape and spread some garlic butter . Bake this in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for 5 mins till half done .
Now apply chilli mayo and sprinkle lots of mozzarella cheese. Garnish with jalapeños and bake till golden.
Cut into strips and serve immediately.
