Punjabi Chutney

In a grinder , blend together  a fist of coriander leaves , few mint leaves , 2 tbsp tamarind pulp , a tbsp gudh (jaggery) , 2-3 green chillies , a tsp chat masala , a tsp zeera powder and salt to a fine paste … to this paste mix 3 tbsp thick yogurt ( if u put the yogurt while grinding , it will make the  chutney thin , so we add it later) … serve the chutney with parathas , samosas or use it as a accompaniment with your regular food.
