T.G.I. Fridays Style Potato Twister
This recipe is traditionally made with thinly sliced potato ribbon fried till crisp . But we are using chips here to make it easy but equally delicious.
To make sour cream – follow the reel just before this one (simply mix 250 ml fresh cream with salt and juice of half lime in a glass jar and keep it at room temperature overnight) use next day as needed .
To make cheese sauce . Heat 1 cup milk and add 6 slices of cheese . Pinch of salt and yellow color and cook till cheese is melted .
To assemble- in a plate make a mountain of chips and drizzle lots of sour cream and cheese sauce . Sprinkle some chopped tomato , onion and coriander. Serve immediately.
