Wedding Style Guava Chilli Icecream

Firstly blend 750 gm ripe guava to a paste with 1 cup milk and strain it . Mix green or pink food color and keep aside

Beat 2 cups of whipping cream to soft peaks and beat in half cup or more of condensed milk ( according to your sweet preference) and the guava pulp . Keep in freezer open for 3 hours and then give a food stir . Set in airtight container for 24 hours and serve chilled with a sprinkle of red chilli powder and salt mix.
