Restaurant Style Chicken Cheese Kabab
Firstly take 500 gms of chicken and slice it thinly and hammer on both sides and keep aside
In a bowl mix together 1 tsp garlic paste, half tsp ginger paste , half tsp green chilli paste , half tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder ,1 tbsp tandoori masala, salt , juice of half lime , 1 tbsp dahi , 1 tsp Kasoori methi and mix well .
With light hands apply the marinade on each pc of chicken and keep aside . Let marinate for two hours or preferably overnight.
In a bowl mix together 100 gm grated processed cheese, 1 tbsp butter and some chopped coriander. Knead it together and keep it aside.
Take a single pc of marinated chicken. Put a small ball of cheese in the centre and roll the chicken . Press the edges to close ( don’t over stuff cheese or it will pose out while grilling)
Prepare all the kababs like this and keep aside .
Grill the kababs in a pan with little oil and keep turning so chicken gets well cooked from all sides .
Heat a pc of coal and char the kabab on direct flame to give a burnt tandoori effect.
Grate some processed cheese on top and sprinkle some chopped coriander. Serve hot with green chutney.
