Cheese Dip Board
Heat 50 gms of butter , add 2.5 heaped tbsp of Maida and roast on low heat . Add salt to taste and add 1.5 cup of milk gradually and keep mixing to avoid lumps . Cook on low heat till thick then add 100 gms of grated processed cheese and cook a little more ( remember that after cooling the dip will get more thick so keep the consistency a little thin than what u finally want)
On a board or plate put spoonfuls of the dip and garnish with grated cheese ,oregano , chilli flakes , chopped coriander, jalapeños and olives ( you can also add boiled corn and capsicum)
That’s it serve with nachos or your favourite chips.
