Mix Veg

Another veg recipe for all of u who have been repeatedly requesting daily sabzis.

In a grinder , blend together 1 big tomato,1 tbsp dahi , a handful of coriander leaves and 2 green chilli to a fine paste .

In a Kadhai heat oil , add half tsp whole zeera , 1/4th tsp hing , 3 slit green chillies, 1 finely chopped onion , salt and sauté till light golden . Add 1 tsp garlic paste , half tsp ginger paste and sauté well . Add the prepared paste , half tsp haldi powder, half tsp zeera powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder, and sauté . Add little water and cover and cook till oil comes up ( keep stirring in between) add 250-350 gm of your choice of mix veg ( I’ve used cauliflower, carrot, potato and peas ) ( also I add cauliflower first and cook for 2-3 min as it takes a bit longer) sauté well and cover and cook till veggies are cooked . Lastly add half tsp garam masala powder, half tsp Kasoori methi, some chopped coriander. Sauté for a min and serve hot along with chapati or bajra roti or choice of roti.
