Haryali Paper Seekh

Grind together a fist full of coriander , green chillies , half fist of phudina , lemon juice , salt , white pepper , 1.5  tbsp garlic , half tbsp ginger, 100 gms kaju into a thick paste … Marinate 500 gm boneless chicken cubes with this paste and then blend . Cut small squares of butter paper and roll the seekh . ( the batter is little soft compared to other seekh batter but this helps the seekh to stay juicy)grease your hands a little with oil to roll the seekh easily . stick the paper with beaten egg and fry till done.
