Chocolate Sauce

In a vessel put 1 cup of sugar , 1/4th  cup milk , 1 tsp maida , 2 tbsp cocoa powder …. cook on low heat for 2 mins  and keep stirring  till thick and shiny lastly add 1 tsp vanilla essense n mix . Can be used hot on top of icecream or cold to make chcolate milkshake or cold coffee etc.
