Badshahi Korma

Another creation  by me that u guys are going to love me more for in sha Allah ( plz dont compare the gravy name to anything  if uve eaten at a restaurant  , I keep experimenting  and naming my own gravies so they may not match something  that’s sold outside)
Marinate 750 gms chicken  or mutton , with, 2.5 tbsp garlic paste  , 1.5 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp green chilli  paste,  1 tsp white pepper  powder  , juice of 1 lime , 1 cup dahi some chopped coriander and salt . Keep aside for half hour .
In a grinder blend together  2 roughly  chopped onions,  a fist of kaju , 1 tbsp white til and blend to a fine paste .
Heat little oil and butter in a vessel put whole garam masala , and add the prepared paste , saute for 2 mins and add the marinted chicken or mutton and cover and cook till done. Add a glass of water mixed with 2 tbsp maida aata . And cook for 5 mins . And sprinkle some chopped  coriander on top ( dont mix it)
In a pan heat some oil and ghee or butter , to it add 4 slit green chillies,  a diced capsicum  , a diced onion and a tbsp of kasoori  methi.  Cook for a min and pour over the coriander and give a stir with light hands.and cook for 2 mins . Serve  hot with sponge naan.
