Chicken Cheese Pull Apart Bread
Garlic cheese pull apart bread has been in trend since long , so I have created my own version with chicken and trust me , cheese lovers dont miss out on this one , you’re gonna love it.
Boil 250 gms of boneless chicken with salt, 2 tbsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste. Cook till done and roughly grind the cooked chicken in grinder or chopper to make finely shredded chicken.
Now in a pan heat 1 cup of oil, 4 tbsp butter , 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 2 tsp red chilli flakes , 2 tsp oregano and cook for few seconds and switch off heat. Remove half the garlic oil in a bowl and keep aside , in the remaining half put the chicken and mix well . Finally mix 5 tbsp mayonnaise and mix well .
Make diagonal cuts on hot dog buns ( this recipe is good for 6 hotdog buns ,you can use pav or burger bun as well ) and fill the gaps with chicken filling half way. Fill the remaining space with loads of mozzarella cheese, I’ve use amul diced mozzarella ( amul and go both are equally good) brush the buns generously with the garlic oil . Wrap very lightly with foil or butter paper ( make sure it doesn’t touch the top of the bread ,otherwise the cheese will melt and stick to it) baking oven at 220 degrees for 7-8 mins .
If u want a crisp bread then bake without wrapping with foil.
Serve hot.
