Lahori Fish

This is a delicious fried recipe that can be had as a starter along with some green chutney.
In a grinder , blend together ..   1 tbsp whole dhanya , 1 tsp saunf , 1 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp zeera , 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp kasoori methi to a rough powder . Mix 1 tbsp chana aata , salt , juice of one lime , some chopped coriander and a splash of water to make a thick paste.
Marinate 500 gms of your choice of fish / chicken / prawns / paneer , with the prepared marination and keep aside for 2 hrs.
Fry until golden and crisp, sprinkle some chaat masala, and serve hot  ( it is preferable to deep fry)
