Dahi Sandwich
This is superrrr se upparr , not solely my own recipe to be honest , my cousin jethani had made this and i asked her for the recipe as it was toooo good . I just gave it a little of my nazia farhan touch .
In a bowl mix together 1 cup full of dahi, 4 tbsp powdered sugar, a pinch of salt , v little water to adjust consistency. Mix well and keep aside
All u have to do is remove the sides of bread around 8 slices . And apply green chutney on it . ( simply grind , coriander , green chillies , salt , a few cloves of garlic , and little lime juice )
Spread the chutney sandwiches in a tray , ( if you want you can cut into smaller pcs but i like it whole) spread the sweet dahi on top and set it in the fridge for 2 hrs .
After two hours spread 100 gm of amul fresh cream on top . Now make baghaar with 4 tbsp oil , 2 pinches rai, 2 pinches zeera , few curry leaves chopped 2 Kashmiri red chillies broken to pcs . Just cook for a few seconds and spread the baghaar over the cream , sprinkle some zeera powder , chaat masala and red chilli powder ( you can also drizzle some sweet chutney on top and even sprinkle some pomegranate and chopped coriander). Set in the fridge for an hour more and serve chilled. U guys r going to loveeeeee this in sha Allah.
