Mahabaleshwar Style Strawberry / Fruit Cream

Before strawberry season bids goodbye its neccessary to have strawberry cream . The same recipe can be followed for mango , sitaphal and dried anjeer etc. Just the fruit pulp will be used instead of strawberry crush.

Beat 250 ml of amul fresh cream with 4 tbsp of powdered sugar  and beat till thick , keep in  freezer for 15 min and beat again ( add 2 tbsp whip cream powder or 4 tbsp tropolite to speed up the process ) beat till soft peaks.

In a glass start layering with cream then some strawberry crush, sliced strawberries and keep repeating till ur glass is full . You can also top it with some strawberry or vanilla  icecream . Serve chilled.

Ps. For the ones who dont eat fruit can use nutella or chcolate ganache along with some chocolate chunks or chips.
