Palak Ki Sabzi

Its winter and we find amazing quality of green veggies all over . This recipe can be used with ur choice of green leafy veg , and even a mix of methi , palak and cholai.

Clean and slice a bundle of palak and keep aside .
Grind together 2 tbsp whole dhanya, 1 tsp saunf , 1 tsp zeera , 1 tsp whole black pepper to a rough powder and keep aside
Heat some oil in a kadhai , add 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tbsp chopped onion ,  3-4 chopped green chillies , and saute well till slight colour changes. Add 2 chopped tomato and salt and saute well , add the sliced palak and the ground masala , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder and cook well till the water from the palak dries .
Lastly mix some chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati.
