Chikoo China Grass Halwa

Nothing too fancy , but really delicious . Can be made with ur choice of fruit , specially , chikoo, mango and sitaphal .
Heat 1 litre of milk , and add 1 small packet of china grass broken to pcs …. cook well till the grass melts . Run a hand blender to make sure no grass pcs remain. Add 1 cup sugar and cook for 5 mins, add 100 gms khoya (mawa ) and cook till it melts. Switch off heat and mix 1 tsp vanilla essence  .let cool down slightly , Pour in a tray filled with chopped fruit  and let it set at room temperature for 15 mins. Then chill in the fridge for 2 hrs n serve cold.
