BBQ Chicken Pita Pockets

If you love the flavor of bbq , ull surely  love this one too . If your not a bbq sauce lover youcan skip it and make cheezy chicken pockets

Marinate 250 gms of chicken  with 1 tsp garlic paste,  1 tsp ginger paste,  1 tbsp tandoori masala and salt . Cook well and shread and keep aside.

In a pan heat very little oil,  and saute 1 tsp chopped  garlic  , 1 chopped  green chilli and 1 tbsp chopped  onion . Saute for a min and add the shredded  chicken,  2 tbsp red chilli sauce,  2 tbsp bbq sauce , 1 tsp red chilli powder,  1 tsp red chilli flakes  , half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp oregano .  Mix well and add around  100 gms of grated cheese of your choice.  Cook till it melts ( you can also add chopped  capsicum  , and boiled corn  at this stage) once cool  mix 2 tbsp mayonnaise. 

Slice  pita bread or pizza bread from the middle and cut into two halves   and apply some chicken filling . Close the pita from top and apply some butter  and grill in sandwich  maker or grill pan or regular  pan till golden.  Serve hot with ketchup.
