Restaurant Style Chicken Fry

This is a must try to have along with some Paratha or as a starter or along with some dal chawal or kadi khichdi .
Firstly marinate 1 kg chicken with salt , juice of 1 lime ,1 egg ,1 tbsp garlic paste and half tbsp ginger paste and let marinate for half hour . After this add 2 tbsp dahi , 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder, half tsp zeera powder,1 tbsp Kasoori methi ,3 tbsp maida , 2 tbsp corn flour . Let marinate for atleast 1 hour and then deep fry just 2-3 pieces at a time on medium high heat ( cover and fry to get juicy chicken) ( if you put many peices at a time it will all be a mess and coating will fall off so keep ur heat medium and fry few pcs at a time)
Toss some chopped coriander and serve hot.
