Dominoes Style Chicken Parcels

For the dough:- mix together 2 cups of maida , 1tbsp sugar,1 tbsp yeast , salt to taste , knead this with lukewarm water to a soft dough and apply some olive oil on top . Cover and keep aside to ferment for 2 hrs (don’t use very hot water or it will kill the yeast and dough will not ferment)
In a bowl mix half cup melted butter , 4 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic ,1 tsp red chilli flakes , 1 tsp oregano , 1 tsp mixed herbs and a pinch of salt.
Grind together 1 small capsicum, 1 tomato , 3 Kashmiri red chillies, 1 tsp red chilli powder ,  1 tsp whole zeera , 1 tsp whole dhanya , 4-5 cloves of garlic and salt . Grind to a fine paste and mix with half cup mayonnaise and keep aside.
Marinate 250 gm boneless chicken ( or paneer) cubes with 2 tsp garlic paste , half tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder , half tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp black pepper powder  and juice of half lime. Let marinate for half hour and cook till done. Lastly mix some boiled corn and chopped capsicum( optional )
To assemble.. take a ball of dough and roll with the help of makai aata to a slightly thick roti . Fold from 3 sides to make a triangular shape. Firstly put the mayo in the center , followed by the cooked chicken , and mozzarella cheese. Fold the 3 points of the triangle to the center  and slightly press to seal . Brush with egg and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 mins or till golden . Brush with garlic-butter and serve hot with cheezy dip.
