Chicken Rangoons

In a bowl put half cup fresh cream and mix in half tbsp vinegar and keep aside for half hour.
In a kadhai heat 2 tbsp oil , half tbsp chopped garlic and saute well , add 250 gm of chopped chicken , salt and half tsp pepper powder. Saute till chicken is done , add 3-4 green chillies chopped , 1 capsicum chopped ,1 small onion chopped, 1 tsp red chilli flakes , 2 small boiled mashed potatoes , saute little and add the cream we prepared b4 .add 1 cup grated cheese and switch off heat . Stir well and let cool. And mix in some chopped coriander . Keep aside .

To make rangoons Cut a samosa sheet into 3 equal parts , on one part put a tsp of the filling and apply Maida slurry on all sides , close from two opposite sides first to form a hut ( as shown in the pic , you can also learn from YouTube how to shape rangoons) then attach the remaining two sides to form Rangoon shape . Deep fry on medium heat till golden and serve hot with cheese sauce or hot n sweet sauce or ketchup

To make cheese sauce sauté 1 tsp of Maida in 1 tbsp butter and add half cup milk and half cup cheese and little yellow food color . Cook well it melted and switch off heat . If you feel it’s not well blended then blend with hand blender or grind in a grinder once cool.
