Chicken / Paneer / Fish / Prawns Tiranga

Hey guys as its independence day and everyone is doing the tricolour cooking , i thought of sharing my chicken tiranga recipe ( can be made with paneer , fish and prawns as well ) so lets get cooking.

Chicken tikka (red) …. Wash 500gm of chicken ( always use leg boneless for tikkas ) cut into big cubes and wipe off all the water. In a blender grind together , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1tsp ginger paste , 1 green chilli , little coriander , half tsp garam masala powder, juice of 1 lime, 1tsp kasoori methi , salt , pinch of red colour , 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, blend all this to a fine paste and apply on the chicken along with 2 tbsp hung curd and 1 tsp mustard oil. Let this marinate for few hrs and grill in a pan . Then heat few pcs of coal and roast the chicken on direct flame above the coals for a few seconds for charred effect . ( you can also girll on the sigdee )

Reshmi tikka ( white) …marinate half kg chicken cubes with salt , juice of 1 lime.  2 tbsp yogurt … 1 tbsp garlic paste .. 1 tsp ginger paste .. 2 tbsp cream and magic mix ( grind together 1 tbsp of cashew 1 tbsp 4magaz … 1 tsp whole black pepper .. 1tsp kasoori methi .. to a fine powder)marinate for 1 hour and grill till done ( you can add 1 tsp green chilli paste in marination to make it spicy)

Haryali tikka ( green)..Take 500 grams of chicken , cubes, marinate it with juice of 1 lime, 2 tbsp dahi , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , salt , and a little green colour and paste of 1 fist of coriander leaves . Let marinate for 1 hour and grill till done.

U can also align the tiranga tikka and grill on a sigdee , serve hot with green chutney mixed with some dahi and mayo 🤤🤤
