Lebanese Chicken
I’ve been making this recipe since long , and today i added 1 tbsp of @safoods_aisha Lebanese marinade and it really enhanced the flavour.
Marinate 500 gms of chicken (i have used whole leg , but boneless leg is preferable) with 1 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste , half tsp black pepper powder , salt and 1tbsp of Lebanese marinade ( you can skip if u dont have but it really enhances the flavor) and 2tbsp hung curd. Mix well and let marinate for 1 hr or preferably overnight.
In a kadhai heat 2 tbsp olive oil and add the marinated chicken and cook till done and dry . Pick up each pc of chicken and roast it on direct flame over some coals for a charred effect.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter , and saute 1 tsp chopped garlic , add paste of 2 tbsp kaju ( grind it with milk) and saute more , add 1 tbsp dahi , 6 tbsp cream or malai , 4 tbsp mayo , and around 4 cubes of grated cheese . Add little salt and pepper and pinch of sugar , mix well and switch of heat .mix in some chopped coriander
Spread the chicken in a plate and drizzle some of the lebanese sauce and serve hot as it is like a starter or even tastes amazing with butter garlic naan 🤤🤤
