Till now im sure all of u know how much i love creating new stuff. And im super happy you guys love all my creations. Here another one im sure all of u will love making this ramadan. It was difficult for me to find a reference pic for this one as theres no such recipe this is my own creation.
Take 500 gms of boneless chicken and marinate along with 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste , salt , pinch of black pepper and juice of 1 lime . Grind this together to a fine mince and let marinate for half hour.

Meanwhile heat little oil in a kadhai , add 1 tbsp chopped onion , 2 tsp chopped garlic , 1 chopped green chilli and saute well , add 250 gm chicken keema ( if u dont have keema just grind boneless chicken in the grinder and use ) saute fast so no lumps remain . Add salt , half tsp white pepper powder , half tsp haldi , and v little garam masala powder . Cook well till done and dry, Switch off heat. Let cool and mix in 100 gm paneer 100 gm grated cheese and 1 tbsp mayonnaise and lots of chopped coriander . Mix well till it forms like a soft dough . If u feel its dry add a little more mayo.
Grease your hands and take a ball of the marinated keema , spread till flat . Put a ball of the cooked keema and cheese filling and close from all sides to make a flat pattice kind . Dip in egg and then fresh bread crumbs . Fry on medium heat till crisp and serve hot.
