Football Chicken
Another must try for ramadan and otherwise.
Take 500 gm chicken chopped finely ( u can also take chicken keema)( make sure its completely dry and no water at all) add 1 tbsp chopped ginger , 3 tbsp chopped garlic , 8-10 chopped green chilies , 100 gm processed cheese , 100 gm mozzarella cheeze , 2 eggs , lots of chopped spring onion and coriander , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 3 tbsp cornflour and 3 tbsp maida and salt to taste . Mix well and make balls and keep aside.
Cut bread into very small cubes , and roll the balls we have prepared to coat well . Deep fry on medium heat till golden. Serve hot.
