Hungama Kabab

These kababs are quite famous in parties and weddings , some shape it around potato fingers , some make it with kurkure but i prefer using bread sticks , u can use whatever u like.

In 500 gm boneless chicken cubes mix , salt, 1 small chopped onion , 2 green chillies chopped , 2 tbsp garlic chopped , 1 tbsp ginger chopped , juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp garam masala powder , half tsp black pepper powder . Mix well and Grind into a fine mince . Lastly mix in 3 cubes of grated cheese and lots of chopped coriander

Take half bread stick and take a ball of mince , shape it like a lollipop . Dip in egg then fresh bread crumbs and deep fry on medium heat till golden . Serve hot.
